It is with great honor and admiration that we recognize Robbie Motter, a truly remarkable woman who has dedicated her life to empowering and uplifting women around the world. Her unwavering commitment to women's success and growth has earned her the esteemed Global Iconic Change Maker Award from BPMI Ladies Club Global Teas in the USA, as well as heartfelt recognition from Professor Raymond of The Philippines. As CEO/Founder of the Global Society of Female Entrepreneurs (GSFE) we applaud Robbie Motter for her inspiring work and exceptional contributions to women's advancement.


Robbie is the visionary behind the Global Society for Female Entrepreneurs, Inc. (GSFE), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to empower, inspire, educate, mentor, and connect women, nurturing them into successful entrepreneurs. Through GSFE, Robbie has provided countless women with the tools and support they need to achieve their dreams.

A Voice of Inspiration:

As a certified global speaker, Robbie has taken her message of empowerment to corporations and organizations for over three decades. Her speeches have motivated and guided women to reach new heights in their personal and professional lives. She continues to share her wisdom and experiences to uplift others on platforms like her Diva Strategies for Success Radio show on Blog Talk Radio and of course, our very own, Celebrity Boss Magazine.

An Accomplished Author:

Robbie's literary contributions have inspired readers around the world. Her recent book, "How To Rise Up and A.C.H.I.E.V.E.: A Woman Leader's Manual for Life," released on International Women's Day which was also Robbie's 86th Birthday, offers invaluable insights for women leaders. On her 87th birthday, her team published volume 2 of “It’s All About Showing Up, and the Power is in the Asking” with 64 GSFE coauthors the book made the # 1 best seller in many categories both US and International. Book 1 with the same title was published with 46 co-authors in 2022 and also achieved best-selling status. These are stories from the heart of these women on how they showed up or asked and how their lives changed. All the books are available on Amazon US and UK, Barnes n Noble, Walmart online, and bookstores across the country.

A Philanthropic Event Planner:

Driven by her passion for creating impactful events, Robbie has organized numerous successful gatherings for Chambers, Federated Women's Clubs, and her own initiatives. Her Extravaganza event, a fundraiser benefiting three nonprofits, is a testament to her commitment to giving back and providing a platform for talented entertainers.

A Global Coordinator for Women's Empowerment

For over 30 years, Robbie served as the Global Coordinator for the National Association for Female Executives (NAFE), connecting women from affiliate networks across the country. Even after NAFE's changes, Robbie's dedication to supporting women remained steadfast, leading her to establish networks within GSFE.

Celebrating Robbie's Impact:

For her unwavering dedication to empowering women and serving communities, Robbie has received over 160 awards, including more than 20 prestigious international awards. Her inspiring saying, "It's all about showing up, and the power is in the asking," encapsulates her belief in the potential of every woman.
