Dr. Terry Budget

The Executive’s Art of War

When priorities compete, how do you choose what matters and prepare your people to act? Dr. Budget brings 21 years of U.S. Army experience to that question in his leadership keynotes and training.

Why book Dr. Budget?

Give managers a way to practice judgment.

When every decision comes back to the same executive, even a capable team can stall. Dr. Budget asks leaders to examine the part they play. Did they explain the objective? Did they give someone the information and authority to act?

His work connects those everyday questions to strategy. Executives can examine where to focus resources. Managers can explore how to build trust, guide a difficult conversation, and prepare someone else to take the lead.
