These Terms govern your use of the Celebrity Boss™ website and the offerings provided by ONE NEO GEO, LLC (“Celebrity Boss,” “ONE NEO GEO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information.
1. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement to submit a gift or travel incentive request. You agree to provide accurate, current information and not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, impersonate another person, submit unauthorized information, attempt to bypass eligibility rules, or use automated means to make duplicate requests.
2. Gift Vault and travel incentive terms
- Promotional offer. A travel or lifestyle incentive is a promotional certificate or savings offer. It is not cash, a cash equivalent, a sweepstakes prize, a guaranteed free vacation, a confirmed reservation, or a promise that a specific destination or date will be available.
- Request versus fulfillment. Submitting a form only requests an incentive. We may verify eligibility, identity, relationship, availability, and compliance before delivery. A request may be declined, limited, delayed, substituted with a reasonably comparable offer, or discontinued where permitted by law.
- Limits. Unless a written offer says otherwise, limit one promotional gift per person and household. Duplicate, automated, fraudulent, resale, transferred, or commercially exploited requests may be rejected or voided.
- Provider controls redemption. Incentives are issued or administered by independent third parties, which may include Marketing Boost and participating travel, hotel, restaurant, attraction, or entertainment vendors. Their certificate, activation, booking, privacy, cancellation, refund, and redemption terms also apply and control the fulfillment they provide.
- Restrictions and additional costs. Offers may have eligibility rules, activation and travel deadlines, expiration dates, destination or geographic limits, minimum-stay or occupancy requirements, blackout dates, capacity controls, identification or payment-card requirements, and other restrictions. Transportation, airfare, ground transportation, meals, beverages, taxes, gratuities, resort or destination charges, booking or activation fees, upgrades, insurance, and incidentals are not included unless the certificate expressly states otherwise.
- No travel services by us. Celebrity Boss and ONE NEO GEO do not own, operate, control, book, or guarantee the third-party hotels, transportation, restaurants, attractions, entertainment, or redemption platforms. We are not acting as your travel agent, tour operator, carrier, hotel, or insurer through the Gift Vault.
- Changes and availability. Destinations, vendors, inventory, dates, features, stated retail values, and redemption requirements may change without notice. Images and examples are illustrative. We do not guarantee availability, savings, suitability, accessibility, safety, quality, or travel outcomes.
- No cash value or refund. Promotional incentives have no cash value and are not redeemable from us for cash, credit, or a refund. Any separate product or service purchase is governed by the written terms presented with that transaction.
- Your responsibility. You are responsible for reading the provider’s full terms before activation or booking, confirming all costs and restrictions, obtaining required identification or travel documents, evaluating insurance and health or safety needs, and resolving booking changes or service issues directly with the responsible provider.
3. Affiliate disclosure
Dr. Dawn J. Anderson and ONE NEO GEO, LLC are independent Marketing Boost affiliates and may receive compensation if you purchase or enroll through an affiliate link. This relationship does not increase the price stated to you. Marketing Boost and participating vendors are independent third parties and do not sponsor or endorse Celebrity Boss unless expressly stated in writing.
4. Communications and consent
We may use your contact information to administer and communicate about your request. Promotional email requires the separate optional consent shown on the form and may be withdrawn at any time. Providing a telephone number does not by itself authorize promotional calls or texts. Electronic records and checkbox acceptance have the same effect as written acceptance to the extent allowed by law.
5. Opportunities, editorial submissions, and purchases
Applications, pitches, features, speaking calls, publishing opportunities, directory listings, collaborations, and editorial submissions are subject to eligibility, space, deadlines, editorial judgment, verification, and any offer-specific written terms. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, publication, publicity, sales, funding, media coverage, business results, or future opportunities. Paid products, events, programs, or services may have additional checkout, refund, cancellation, licensing, or participation terms, which control if they conflict with these general Terms.
6. Intellectual property and user submissions
The website, Celebrity Boss name and branding, text, design, graphics, compilations, and original materials are owned by or licensed to ONE NEO GEO and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the website only for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You retain ownership of materials you submit. When you intentionally submit materials for review, publication, promotion, or fulfillment, you represent that you have the necessary rights and grant us a non-exclusive license to review, reproduce, format, and use those materials only for the requested purpose and related administration, unless separate written terms provide otherwise.
7. Third-party links and services
The website may link to or embed third-party websites, forms, payment tools, CRM services, social platforms, affiliate offers, and redemption portals. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, privacy, acts, omissions, pricing, or performance. Your dealings with a third party are between you and that third party.
8. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and promotional offerings are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or results. Nothing on this website is legal, financial, medical, tax, travel-safety, or other regulated professional advice. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ONE NEO GEO, Celebrity Boss, Dr. Dawn J. Anderson, and their officers, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, opportunities, data, or goodwill; or losses arising from third-party travel, vendors, fulfillment, cancellations, delays, injury, property loss, website interruption, or reliance on an offer. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid directly to ONE NEO GEO for the transaction giving rise to the claim or $100. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ONE NEO GEO, Celebrity Boss, and their officers, contractors, and agents from third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, fraud, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Georgia law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through written notice and informal discussion for at least 30 days. Unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise, disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts serving DeKalb County, Georgia, and each party consents to their jurisdiction.
12. Changes, suspension, and general terms
We may update the website, offers, or these Terms; suspend access; correct errors; or discontinue an offering. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless law requires otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any offer-specific written terms constitute the applicable agreement.
